Nebusis® is a simplified Software as a Service (SaaS) solution based on recognized ISO Management system standards.
When I first joined Nebusis®, my first responsiblity centered around correcting translated course materials for ISO Certification courses.
As my responibilites increased I was asked to update the companys original website.
Early Processes
At this time, I had a background in web design and development. However, I did not prepare myself for the massive reducation that followed. I started to restructure the site based upon the foundational design principles learned from the Google UI/UX Course.
ADJUSTING FOR MOBILE
The original site was not designed for mobile in mind. I had to restructure the site to be responsive.

At this point, I was able to update a few elements and create a new landing page. However, we had to pause the projects progress due to unforseen blockers.

When the poject restarted, my focused returned to client onboarding and developing process within the software. While we mid-way through the oboarding 2 of 4 locations for a global client, the website crashed. There was no backup.
The Plan
Thankfully, I had some of the assets in Figma and saved on an external hard drive from my first iteration of the website. To move things along quickly, we made the decision to try different colors and fonts.
Design
We created minimal wireframes due to the urgency of the situation. To A/B test, we utilized vectors instead of static or free images.
Marketing
While working on the onboarding initiatve, I also created a few marketing materials. This included making gifs, email templates and other related copy when necessary. Here I was able to explore things such a neumorphism and I improved my mockup creating skills. This proved to a bit less complicated process as I was more familiar with design tools.
Deployment
We utilized Grenerative AI to create ISO policies based on the client's needs.
While using Wordpress, I was able to understand more about Elementor & it's limitations when utilizing its free service. ultimately, I created four landing pages and a pricing page.
