Overview

Nebusis® is a simplified Software as a Service (SaaS) solution based on recognized ISO Management system standards. My journey began by supporting the organization and restructuring its digital presence, then evolved into a full-scale product redesign and AI integration.

I led the website redesign, branding evolution, and operations management, eventually overseeing the integration of Generative AI to automate ISO policy creation and improve user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Problem

The Crisis

The original site wasn't designed for mobile responsiveness. During critical global client onboarding (2 of 4 international locations), the website crashed with no backup system in place. This halted operations mid-process and exposed severe infrastructure vulnerabilities.

Mobile Responsiveness

Original design wasn't built for mobile, creating poor user experience on tablets and phones during critical onboarding phases.

System Collapse

Mid-onboarding infrastructure failure with no backup threatened global client relationships and revenue.

Limited Resources

Tight deadlines and constrained budget required rapid iteration and creative problem-solving.

Outdated Branding

Visual identity didn't reflect the product quality or innovation at the core of Nebusis®.

The Solution

Emergency Recovery

Immediately recovered assets from Figma and external drives. Pivoted to a rapid redesign strategy using vector-based designs for A/B testing instead of static mockups, reducing iteration time.

Key Learnings

  • Crisis Resilience: Infrastructure failures can be opportunities to rebuild better. Having asset backups saved the project.
  • Rapid Iteration: Vector-based design for A/B testing proved faster than traditional mockups in high-pressure scenarios.
