The rapid growth of craft beer created new inventory and sales tracking challenges for bars, distributors, and breweries, making it difficult to know what consumers were drinking in real-time.
Manual inventory tracking was inefficient and prone to error, leading to beer wastage, theft, and a lack of accurate data for sales and production planning.
BruVue developed an IoT data inventory system with faucet-mounted sensors to track beer movement in real-time, providing a SaaS dashboard with analytics.
From Customer Success to Product Design
My primary responsibility was to focus on customer retention by streamlining the onboarding process. I worked directly with clients to define areas where the product could be improved based on real-world user feedback.
As the team shifted priorities, I was pulled into design tasks. I learned to use tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to edit and create marketing collateral, product mockups, and sales materials.
